Access

Swim Cor Swim! is a private, invite-only application. Access is granted only to email addresses on the operator's allowlist. There is no public sign-up. Attempting to bypass the allowlist or otherwise obtain unauthorized access is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Use the app to record and review your own or your family's swim times. Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer beyond what your browser normally reveals, or abuse the service. Automated scraping is not permitted.

Your content

You retain ownership of the swim data you enter. You grant the operator only the permissions necessary to store, sync, and display that data to you inside the app.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no promise of uptime, data durability, backup availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own records if the data matters to you.

Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for any loss — of data, time, competitive advantage, or otherwise — arising from use of the app. Your remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the app and request account deletion.

Changes

The operator may change these terms at any time. Continued use after a change is your acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always at swimcor.com/terms.
